For and By Persons with Mobility Limitations
As
part of a consumer survey of the Nobody Left Behind: Disaster Preparedness
for Persons with Mobility Impairments project, survivors were asked
about tips for getting out of harm’s way during a disaster or an emergency
situation. Based on their responses, these two attractive educational 18” x
24” “Do’s and Don’ts Checklist Posters” were designed to encourage individual
disaster planning (above poster) and community level planning
(poster below) for persons with mobility limitations.
